Superhost Hospitality (“Superhost,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through superhosthospitality.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website, including our careers pages and the employee portal. It does not cover hotel stays or reservations. Bookings at the hotels we manage are made through the brands’ own websites (Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Choice Hotels), and their privacy policies apply there. Job applications are submitted through Paylocity, our applicant-tracking provider, and Paylocity’s privacy policy applies to the information you give it.
Information you give us
- Partner inquiries. If you contact us through the “Partner with us” form, we collect your name, company, email address, and anything else you choose to provide, such as your phone number, property details and message.
- Talent network. If you join our talent network, we collect your first and last name and email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, the position you are interested in, and your résumé.
- Employee portal. Associates who sign in with a Superhost Google account share their name and email address with us through Google. Property team members who sign in with a work email share that email address, and we send a one-time code to it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We use these records only to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, social-media pixels or any other tools that track you across websites.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work:
- Sign-in cookies. When an associate signs in to the employee portal, we set a secure session cookie so they stay signed in, plus short-lived cookies that protect the sign-in process itself. Visitors who never sign in do not receive them.
- Portal shortcuts. Apps an associate pins to “My shortcuts” are saved in that browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us.
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics, which is why this site does not show a cookie banner.
How we use information
- To respond to partnership and management inquiries.
- To consider you for current and future job opportunities.
- To provide the employee portal and keep it secure.
- To operate, protect and improve the website.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only as described below.
- Service providers who help us run the site, under obligations to protect it. These include our website host (Vercel), our email-delivery provider (Resend), which delivers form submissions and sign-in codes, and Google, which provides portal sign-in. Our fonts are provided by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them.
- Our team and hotel partners, where needed. For example, we may share a talent-network submission with the hiring manager at a hotel we manage.
- Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Superhost, our associates, guests or others.
- Business transfers, as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it. You can ask us to remove your talent-network submission at any time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure sign-in, and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to websites we do not control, such as hotel brand booking pages, Paylocity job boards and the systems our associates use. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
